Yakitori Day Campaign is underway!
Nagato City in Yamaguchi Prefecture is famous for having one of the largest number of yakitori restaurants in relation to its population. Nagato City produces jidori chicken, and at some restaurants, you can enjoy yakitori made with jidori chicken, which is a unique and fresh meat. Yakitori in Nagato City is characterized by being grilled with salt and topped with garlic powder.
