The "N-1 Grand Prix" will be held again this year! Why don't you participate in the heated battle for the crown of "Nagato's No.1 gourmet" ? It is a food event that aims to discover, create, and promote inexpensive and delicious local gourmet foods of Nagato City using ingredients loved by the people of Nagato. By selecting the "N-1 Grand Prix," we will promote Nagato's food throughout the country and bring vitality to Nagato City. ■Event DetailsThe stalls will sell one product that they are proud of and will be judged by the votes of visitors who buy the products at each stall to determine one category winner from each category and the "N-1 Grand Prix 2015" (first place overall). Contents of stalls: A dish incorporating Nagato City's specialties ■Number of stalls: Approximately 20 stalls *The organizer reserves the right to refuse stalls after screening of all applications. Entry Categories (1) Meat Category (2) Seafood Category (3) Kamaboko (fish paste) Category (4) Sweets Category ■ Eligibility: Restaurant operators with stores in Nagato City, organizations active in the city, clubs of city residents, and high schools. Each restaurant must offer one No. 1 gourmet item that it is proud of. Those who can prepare more than 300 servings.
