Maritime Traffic Safety Prayer Service
was recently held on
Sunday, March 15.
This prayer service is held to pray for maritime safety before the full-scale holiday season, and begins with a safety ritual performed by the chief priest of Yasaka Shrine in Senzaki.
After the ritual is over, a sea parade of seven tourist boats with big fishing flags will be held, led by the Pink Citas.
The parade carried about 50 guests who were selected by lottery. Although the lottery is held in advance, the parade ride
