Aiming to improve "hospitality" for inbound visitors

On September 5 (Thursday) next month, a training session will be held with the aim of improving "Omotenashi" (hospitality) skills for inbound visitors. With the Rugby World Cup to be held in Japan this year and the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics to be held next year, the number of inbound visitors is expected to increase. Therefore, this workshop will provide an opportunity to learn "hospitality methods" and "communication skills that are possible even if you do not speak English," etc. We hope you will take this opportunity to participate in the workshop.
