The Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association is recruiting participants for a training course for "Nagato Tourism Concierges," who are equipped with "hospitality" skills to offer visitors to Nagato City a fulfilling way to spend their time and serve them according to their requests.

The program consists of two courses: the "Basic Course" (from October 2020 to February 2021), in which participants learn about the tourism resources and culture of Nagato City and take an examination, and the "Hospitality Course" (from May to June 2021), in which participants polish their practical skills and hospitality skills. Students begin by taking the "Basic Course," which focuses on on-site training, and then move on to the "Hospitality Course" after passing the certification examination. Why don't you learn about Nagato and polish your "hospitality skills" that you can apply at your own stores and offices?

Course Schedule and Fees

May 2021 - June 2021 Hospitality Course
"Practical Exercise Workshop" free of charge / "Hospitality Training" 10,000 yen
*The Hospitality Course is only available to those who have passed the "Nagato Tourism Culture Certification Test"
*The person certified as a Nagato Tourism Concierge will be involved in tourism PR events in Nagato City and Those certified as a Nagato Tourism Concierge will be involved in events organized, sponsored, or supported by the Nagato City Tourism Convention Association.
