Gallery event “Autumn of Utsuwa” is now being held in Nagato Yumoto Onsen Town!

Gallery event to decorate the Nagato Yumoto hot spring resort area in autumn with Hagiyaki pottery

From September 18 (Fri.) to 28 (Mon.), "Autumn of Utsuwa" is being held at "Stopover Onyu" and "Otosoredo Gallery" in Nagato Yumoto Hot Spring Resort. Autumn of Utsuwa" is an event in which artists from "Minose Fukagawa Kiln," a Hagiyaki pottery village located next to the hot spring resort, exhibit and sell their works.

At the opening event, Mr. Shinpei Sakakura, the 15th generation from Shinpei Sakakura Kiln, gave a speech, saying, "I hope many people, including locals and tourists, will come to this event. I hope that this event, which combines the seasonal colors typical of a hot spring resort with the culture of pottery, will take root. I hope this event will take root.

At "Drop-in Onyu," "food utensils" that add color to daily life are on display.
