Support for Cycling Event to be held on Sunday, 11/22

The Nagato Cycle Tourism Promotion Council is seeking sponsorship for the "Nagato Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai," a cycling event to be held on Sunday, November 22 in Nagato and Mine cities.

This event is designed to allow cyclists to enjoy the scenic beauty of Nagato City, including the beautiful cobalt blue sea, Akiyoshidai, the largest karst plateau in Japan, and the Higashi Gohata terraced rice fields, which have been selected as one of the 100 best terraced rice fields, while enjoying homemade food and sweets made from local ingredients provided by local residents at the aid stations, The purpose of this event is to promote the city as a town suitable for cycling and to attract cyclists to the city on a daily basis, thereby revitalizing the local community.

This year's conference, the fifth of its kind, will be limited to participants living in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and will be held in accordance with the "Guidelines for Prevention of New Coronavirus Infections," despite the coronavirus disaster, and with preventive measures in place. We are now accepting applications for participants.

Call for financial and in-kind sponsorships for the conference

Details regarding the call for sponsors are as follows

As a special benefit, sponsors will have their advertisements placed in the event program. In addition, the name of the sponsor company will be printed on the bib, depending on the amount of the sponsorship.
