Entries are open to anyone residing in Japan who can responsibly submit an original work that does not infringe on the rights or privacy of others. From the monthly entries, a monthly award, a runner-up, and three prizes will be selected, and finally, one grand prix will be selected from among up to three prizewinning entries each month.
