We were taught how to drive the tractor, and everyone took turns plowing the land. The school building was used as a "science room" to experience how to handle fish, and the students were able to handle Senzaki squid and yellowtail, which were then made into sashimi and served to everyone for lunch!(1) Seine fishing experienceFishing method in which fish living on the beach are enclosed in a strip net and hauled out to the shallows to be caught.
