Nagato City's B gourmet "Nagatiki" has been commercialized!

Nagachiki" developed by Team NGT, which won the overall championship at the "Food Festival N-1 Grand Prix 2016" held on Sunday, July 3, 2016, has been commercialized by Fukagawa Chicken Farmers Cooperative Association and will be sold at a local supermarket, Fuji Nagato Store! The "Nagachiki" is a deep-fried chicken thigh meat of the local chicken "Choshu-dori" developed by "Team NGT", a volunteer group of Nagato City employees. The meat is marinated in the same sauce as the chicken chashu pork used in the local ramen "Nagatori Men" developed by the team in 2012, and seasoned with a sweet and spicy garlic flavor. The "Naga Chiki" was only sold at local events, but from now on it will be available anytime!
