NEWS] The Grand Prix of the “4th (FY 2008) Nagato City Tourism Photo Contest – Nagato Original Scenery” has been announced!

The grand prize winner of the 4th Nagato Sightseeing Photo Contest - Original Scenery of Nagato, which was held from June 2016 to February 2017, has been announced!

The Grand Prix is selected from the "Monthly Award" winners announced for each month during the period, and is the best entry for the entire year.
The Grand Prix in the "Web Submission Category" was awarded to "Terrace Hikari" by YUJI KAWASHIMA (winner of the Monthly Award for June 2016). The Grand Prix in the "Instagram Submission Category" was won by sho.m.2 (August 2016 Monthly Award Winner).
YUJI KAWASHIMA's work beautifully captures the popular tourist spot "Motonosumi Shrine" and the Milky Way shining in the night sky, while sho.m.2's work is a beautifully photographed image of a grandmother and granddaughter holding hands. Grandma and granddaughter walk hand in hand in this heartwarming work.
This year's (FY 2009) photo contest is scheduled to be held from mid-June!
