When women shine, society also shines!

Nagato City in Yamaguchi Prefecture is characterized by a high percentage of women working compared to the rest of Japan and the prefecture.
By realizing "a town where women who work in the city shine," we aim to improve the attractiveness of companies in the city and revitalize the community, discover female entrepreneurs, and build a new network of female entrepreneurs, as well as to develop the city into a town that is attractive to young people and helps the population to settle in.
