Today's Higashi Gobata Terraced Paddy Fields (May 15) The water level is the same as in late April, but in May, the fishing season for squid fishing boats has started. At dusk, the rice paddies softly reflect the setting sun, and countless fishing fires shine on the Sea of Japan as the sun sets, creating a fantastic sight. Many photographers visit Higashi Gobata every day to capture this spectacle with their cameras. Usually, fishing fires can be seen along the coast until mid-August. We will introduce the fishing fire in the near future!s-H27.5.15①
