Handmade “Nagato Map

Each piece is handmade.

A handmade "Nagato Map" is on display at the Aomi Island Tourist Steamship Terminal in Nagato City.
This work was created by a 6th grade elementary school girl from Nagato City. It is a large work created as "free research" during the summer vacation.

The details include embroideries of local specialties associated with each sightseeing spot, local specialties, and poems by Misuzu Kaneko. Nagato" is packed into the book and presented in a very easy-to-see manner.

The exhibit is located outside the waiting room at the Qinghai Island Tourist Steamship Terminal. We hope you will all come and visit.
