Playing, Eating, and Touring in Nagato

The "Nagatrip" experience tourism program is a trip where you can encounter a lot of "fun" and "deliciousness" through experiences unique to Nagato City. All trips can be taken on a one-day trip, and applications can be made by e-mail, so please enjoy new and nostalgic experiences through a variety of programs designed by local residents.

How to apply

Programs in "Naga Trip" are available by advance reservation only (first-come, first-served). *Some exceptions apply.
When you come across a program you like, please follow the steps below to apply.

Please send an e-mail to the Secretariat with the following five required items.
Required information: (1) desired program number (2) date of event (3) name (4) number of participants (5) phone number

*Please contact us if you need to cancel after applying.

*The secretariat will contact you to confirm your participation prior to the date of the event. (by phone or e-mail)
*Please pay the participation fee in cash to the organizer of each program at the registration desk at the venue. *Some exceptions apply.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

(1) Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please note that applications will be closed when the maximum number of participants is reached.
(2) The program may be cancelled if the number of applicants is less than the minimum number or if the weather worsens.
(3) After the program, participants will be asked to fill out a short survey.
(4) On the day of the program, staff members will take photos and videos. Photos and videos may be used on the Nagato City tourist website "Nanavi," SNS (official Facebook, Instagram, etc.), future event announcements, pamphlets, etc. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographing staff on the day of the event.
(5) If you are participating in a program that involves food and beverages, please notify us in advance if you have any food allergies.
(6) Groups of junior high school students and younger are not allowed to apply.
(7) Participants must attend Nagatrip at their own risk. Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association will not be responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during each program.
