The Dragon spout

Natural phenomenon caused by violent waves entering a rock hole

Ryugu is a general term for the sea erosion topography at the northwest end of Jinhuang Fishing Port, and the area is composed of basalt from the Quaternary Pleistocene.
Squirting is a jetting phenomenon in which the air in the compressed cave squirts out seawater as the compressed air tries to get out every time a crashing wave enters a hole in the reef.
It is said that the tide rises higher when the sea is rough due to the northeast wind and the winter monsoon, and sometimes it can blow up to 30 meters or more.
The squirting hole is about 1 m long and 20 cm wide, and there is a cave under it.
When viewed from a distance, it is said to resemble a dragon ascending to the sky, and the splashing splashes reflect the sun and sprinkle silver sand. It is said that this strange view was widely worshipped among the villagers as a work of the dragon god in ancient times, and it is said that many people from the neighborhood gathered to pray for rain especially during droughts.
