Local volunteers explain the attraction of "Utaakari 2023

On Friday, January 20, "Utaakari Concierge Guided Tour" was held in Nagato Yumoto Onsen Town. This event was held in cooperation with Nagato Yumoto Town Corporation and the Nagato City Tourism Convention Association. The "Utaakari Concierge" (*) will explain the attraction of "Utaakari 2023," in which the hot spring resort will be lit up.
(*) "Utaakari Concierges" are local volunteers who have been certified after undergoing training on the event.

The guided tour starts at engawa YUMOTO, an event space in the hot spring resort area.

While enjoying drinks and snacks, visitors listened to an explanation of Nagato Yumoto Onsen's town development as well as the "Utaakari" light-up production, whose theme is a poem by Misuzu Kaneko.

Next, visitors will receive an explanation of each spot as they tour the illumination sites in the hot spring resort area.

The tour made "Utaakari" even more enjoyable by learning about the local people's explanations and their passion for the event.

The "Utaakari Concierge Guided Tour" will be held on January 21 (Sat), February 17 (Fri) and 18 (Sat). Reservations are preferred, but same-day applications are also accepted.
