In late June, we were interviewed and photographed for the August issue of "Triangle" [scheduled for release on July 28 (Wed.)], a regional information magazine for Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The theme of the August issue of Triangle is "Campsites with a view of the sea. In it, three campgrounds in Nagato City (" Ishaihama Park Auto Campground," " Senjyoshiki Kogen Campground," and " Aomi Island Camping Village ") will be introduced.
This page provides an overview of the interviews and filming.
First, the filming took place at the Bonnie Bay Sea Kayak Center, a sea kayaking experience attached to the " Igami Seaside Park Auto Campground " in the Aburaya district of Nagato City.
The models were Rikiya Yorimitsu, a member of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers for Regional Development (in charge of promoting outdoor tourism), and Filichagina Liliya, a member of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers for Regional Development (in charge of promoting international exchange).
The two quickly paddled their kayaks toward the island in response to the cameraman's request to take a picture so that the island would be reflected in the image.
Rotated orientation as they approached. Parallel to each other, the photo was taken with wonderful smiles on their faces.
After the hands-on shooting, the photo was taken at the " Igami Seaside Park Auto Campsite ".
This campground is an auto campground facing the quiet waves of Aburaya Bay, with a spectacular view of the Mukozugu Peninsula and windmills on the opposite shore.
See " Igami Seaside Park Auto Camp Ground " in the "Enjoy" category of Nanavi.
The next location photographed was the Senjidashiki Kogen Campground, located 333 meters above sea level in the Hioki district of Nagato City.
There was a beautiful summer sky, and the photo was also taken from a low angle to include the sky.
The sky is very close to the campground, and you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Sea of Japan during the daytime and star gazing at night.
Please see " Senjyoshiki Kogen Campsite " in the "Enjoy" category of Nanavi.
The last location where filming took place was " Qinghai Island Camping Village," the only place in Nagato City where a bathing beach (Qinghai Island Beach ) is located right in front of the house.

Campers can also enjoy walking along the promenade " Qinghai Island Nature Study Path " and scuba diving.
See " Qinghai Island Camping Village " in the "Enjoy" category of Nanavi.
In addition to the places introduced here, Nagato City has several unique campgrounds where you can enjoy your leisure time in the open nature.
We hope you will find your favorite spot this summer.
The August issue of "Triangle," a regional information magazine of Yamaguchi Prefecture, will be on sale on July 28 (Wed.), which will include this interview and photo shoot.
The special feature will also introduce information on outdoor activities not only in Nagato City, but also in various other areas in the prefecture, so please take a look at it when you see it.
