The book “Nagato’s Yakitori: A Book You’ll Love” is now being distributed!

Introducing "Nagato's Yakitori" with illustrations in an easy-to-understand manner

The "Nagato no Yakitori ga Suki ni Naru Hon" (A book that will make you love Nagato's yakitori) is now being distributed at the tourist information center "YUKUTE" in Senza Kitchen, Roadside Station.
The book was produced by Mr. Ejima, who is a member of the Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers, and is in charge of the Yakitori Town Nagato promotion project. The project started with the hope that "elementary and junior high school students in the city would learn about Nagato's yakitori culture and be proud of it," and this booklet was completed.

Using illustrations, the history and characteristics of Nagato yakitori are clearly summarized, and it is also available at tourist information centers. Please take a look at it when you see it.
