On Monday, November 12, 2018, 11 guests from all the way from California, USA, came to the Republic of Qinghai Island, Qinghai Island, Nagato City.
The group, who usually enjoy "sake" while traveling, have now experienced "how to handle fish".

Greetings by the King. Hearing about the history and culture of Qinghai Island.
At first, the students receive a lecture on how to handle the fish. They are very interested in "dismantling" the fish for the first time.

Since they usually enjoy "Japanese SAKE", it must have been very special for them to drink together with sashimi that they made themselves.
The leg part of the squid was BBQed, and we also tasted "turban shell" and "yakitori" together.
It was a great experience for them to experience the unique Japanese way of eating and culture through foodstuffs.
