February is “HOT de Senza Kitchen”.

Hot deliciousness to be tasted now!

On Friday, February 1, the month-long event "HOT de Senza Kitchen" began at Senza Kitchen, a roadside station.

During the period, all tenants will offer hot menu items to be tasted now.

Even on the coldest days, step into Senza Kitchen and you will be greeted by steamy hot dishes and a space heated by a pellet stove.

There are a total of 12 menu items featured in this year's brochure.

In addition to the six restaurants in the dining wing, six more restaurants cooperated with us in the kitchen wing, including a direct sales area, making this an event unique to Senza Kitchen, where visitors could enjoy a rich variety of "food.

Of course, the menu items that have been popular and signature dishes for a long time are also listed.

Ramen, tempura, udon and soup. We have a variety of dishes that will warm your body from the inside out.

In addition, there is a new menu developed for the month.

All of them are made with products from Nagato City, such as dashi chazuke, luxurious deep-fried torafuku (blowfish), and Choshu black kashiwa dumpling soup.

Other restaurants include LaLa Bakery, which serves hot juice made with red shiso, TAKADA COFFEE, which offers a seasonal blend of coffee, and HIMONOYA SHOKURO Hidamari, which serves special miso soup.

Free shishi-nabe on Sunday, February 3

On Sunday, February 3, at 11:00 a.m., free "shishi-nabe" will be served in the center court of Senza Kitchen. Limited to the first 100 people to arrive, you will be able to taste one prepared by gibier cuisine experts.

The "HOT de Senza Kitchen," a collection of delicious menus for the cold season, will be held until February 28 (Thu.). We hope you will warm your body and soul at Senza Kitchen.
