Senza Kitchen, a new exchange base facility, was established in the Senzaki district!
Visitors can enjoy the delicacies of Nagato through direct sales of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, restaurants, bakeries, dried fish stores, and more.

Chef Michio Kitaoka Cooking Show
October 9 (Monday, holiday) 11:00 -
Chef Michio Kitaoka, well-known on TV and active on the national stage, will demonstrate cooking using Nagato City's traditional vegetable "white okra" as the main ingredient. Please come and see the skills of a master culinary artisan. The finished dishes will be served to all visitors.
