The dancing petrels with the setting sun in the background are beautiful. The photographer took a good shutter chance to capture a scene that would otherwise tend to be disordered in its arrangement.

Entries are open to anyone residing in Japan who can responsibly submit an original work that does not infringe on the rights or privacy of others. From the monthly entries, a monthly award, a runner-up, and three prizes will be selected, and finally, one grand prix will be selected from among up to three prizewinning entries each month.
