Three types of dishes are gathered: "Choshu Chicken Steak," "Choshu Kaisen Mabushi," and "Choshu Kaisen Uni Shabu."

On March 4, 2025 (Tuesday), the "Yamaguchi Prefecture New Local Gourmet Unveiling" (northern region) was held at the restaurant "SWEET AS" in Senzaki, Nagato City. This event was part of the local gourmet development project promoted by the Yamaguchi Tourism Federation. Three types of dishes ("Choshu Chicken Steak", "Choshu Kaisen Mabushi", and "Choshu Kaisen Uni Shabu") offered in the northern part of the prefecture will be presented.

This is the second year for this project, the first year "Choshu Chicken Steak" was offered in Nagato City, and "Choshu Kaisen Mabushi" and "Choshu Kaisen Uni Shabu" were offered in Hagi City, but only at restaurants in each city. This year, the number of participating restaurants has been expanded, and three new local delicacies are now available in both cities.

First, the Yamaguchi Prefectural Tourism Federation greeted the organizers and introduced the new local gourmet project, as well as the development and production of this project, Recruit Co.

This was followed by PR and tasting by chefs from restaurants participating in the new local gourmet project.
During the tasting, everyone was excited to talk with the chefs about each restaurant's specialties.
