Special tuna bowl and medium fatty tuna nigiri at a special price
Today (Saturday, February 10, 2024), a tuna dismantling show and sale was held at Senza Kitchen, a roadside station in the Senzaki district. This event featured tuna farmed in the Aburaya district of Nagato City. In addition to freshly cut tuna, special tuna rice bowls and medium fatty tuna nigiri are sold at a special price.
The tuna bowl was limited to 50 bowls and 50 packs of chutoro nigiri. With the special price of 300 yen, numbered tickets were handed out at Senza Kitchen, and many people crowded in from early in the morning.
Next, a demolition show began in the restaurant. The tuna weighed about 80 kg.
After the tuna is cut, it is divided into pieces and sold on the spot. Rare parts of the tuna are also available, and everyone was able to specify which part they were looking for and buy it.
Tuna donburi and chutoro nigiri are available in exchange for a numbered ticket.
