On Sunday, September 25, "Pavlova Tasting Event" was held at "SWEET AS" in Senzaki, Nagato City. This was an event where visitors could sample "N pavlova," a new menu item currently under trial at the "Nagato City Specialty Souvenir Making" corner of tys "Chigumaya Kazoku PLUS. N pavlova" is a Nagato version of "pavlova," a New Zealand dish made with meringue and served with a special sauce. Many people from inside and outside the city gathered to taste "N pavlova.

The sauces included those made from "yuzukichi," "white okra," "whale," and "yakitori. This tasting was held to select the actual sauces to be commercialized. After tasting each of the sauces, visitors wrote their opinions in a questionnaire.
