Today (Friday, July 30), the second session of the Nagato Tourism Concierge Training Course "Hospitality Training" was held. This is one of the training courses for "Nagato Tourism Concierge," a program to develop human resources capable of providing the unique hospitality of Nagato City, and is a three-session course to learn about hospitality (i.e., how to treat customers).
Continuing from the previous session, Ms. Miki Kijima of ANA Business Solutions, Inc. served as the instructor. In this session, the participants began with a lecture on the concept of communication, and then learned how to deal with overseas customers through discussion and exercises using gestures. In addition, participants learned how to communicate with people with disabilities by actually using written communication.

The course will be completed at the third session next month, and participants will be certified as "Nagato Tourism Concierge".
