Nagato Tourism Convention Association
Nagato City, registered as a "Montbell Friend Town" in 2017, signed a "Comprehensive Collaboration Agreement" with Montbell, Inc. to revitalize the community by promoting outdoor activities.
We are pleased to announce that Nagato City will have a booth at the Montbell Club Friend Fair 2019 Spring in Osaka, which will be held on April 6 and 7, 2019.
At the venue, there will be a corner where visitors can have their photo taken with Motonosumi Shrine, a popular and spectacular spot, in the background and have their original badges made on the spot (for a fee). Postcards of "Nagatrip," a collection of day-trip activities, and various sightseeing pamphlets will also be available for visitors to experience Nagato City in Osaka.
Please come to the venue and experience the charm of Nagato City.

Nagato City's "Nagatrip" one-day experience sightseeing program
Facing the cobalt blue Sea of Japan, Nagato City is known for its spectacular scenic spots such as Aomi Island and Motonosumi Shrine, as well as its five hot springs with different atmospheres. It is registered as a "Friend Town" as an area where visitors can enjoy mainly marine activities such as cruises, sea kayaking, and diving.
For more information about Friendstown, click here (MontBell official website).
There are 16 Friend Shops in the city, and members can save on experience and accommodation fees by presenting their membership cards. At the city's only bike station, YUKUTE, a tourist information center at Senza Kitchen, a roadside station, all five types of rental bikes are available at a 10% discount.
We have an extensive lineup of bicycles, including general "city bicycles," "electric bicycles," "sporty cross bikes," "mountain bikes" for children, and even "tandem bicycles" for two riders.
We hope you will enjoy your time in Nagato City with your "MontBell Club Members Card" in hand.
