Trial Session" for the November 3 show

Today (Thursday, October 21), the "Yakitori Girl Ejima-chan's Outdoor Nagato Yakitori Class in Senjidashiki," a hands-on program, was monitored.

This was held to confirm operations for the event, which will be held on Wednesday, November 3, and was open to all interested parties and the press.

In preparation for the actual event, the participants will be given a "Nagato no Yakitori Monogatari" (Nagato's Yakitori Story), which tells the appeal of Nagato's yakitori, as well as a "Yakitori Experience Class" where they will actually grill yakitori using a skewer and an outdoor stove.

We reviewed the flow of the program and provided feedback on opinions and feedback to make the program even better.

Mr. Ejima, who usually trains at Chikuzen, a yakitori restaurant in the city, gave a lecture on how to skewer yakitori to be served at the restaurant and how to grill it while controlling the charcoal fire, and the delicious taste of Choshu chicken, a locally raised chicken, was grilled one after another.

Ten skewers are served in the program, but this time Mr. Ejima's "experiment" was to serve his original skewer, "Persimmon Salted Butter Skewer. The participants were surprised by the unusual combination and the unexpected sweetness and deliciousness of the skewers.
