From January 4 (Tue), " Rurubu Kitchen x Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture" Special Fair (1/4 - 1/31 , extended until 2/11) is being held at " Rurubu Kitchen Sake Bars: What's Up?

Since it is the New Year's season, the theme of this year's special fair is "snacks that go well with sake," with an original menu featuring "Choshu Black Kashiwa" and "Senzaki Squid," specialty products of Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Limited time original menu was born.

On Thursday, January 6, with snow falling steadily, I visited the venue, "Rurubu Kitchen Sake Restaurant Kamikata Koho Koho," where the event was held.

It is located near JR Shinjuku Station, a 3-minute walk from the southeast exit. The retro blue signboard is a landmark.

The interior of the restaurant was warmly lit, with souvenirs from various regions in the front and a standing drinking area in the back.

Souvenirs near the entrance are lined up with products from various regions that the Rurubu editors found during their travels throughout Japan.

In the center of the area, we found a souvenir from Nagato City, labeled "NAGATOSHI YAMAGUCHI.

During the period, souvenirs of Nagato are also available.

• Yuzukichi juice 700 yen
• Tawarayama's handiwork: Shishi-jiru (soup of the four-legged beast): 750 yen
• Whole horse mackerel 400 yen
• Hiokinosho 600 yen
• Nagato Yakitori 3-Skewer Set 1,900 yen
• Nijusseiki Pear Sparkling Wine Bottle: 3,500 yen

In the standing drinking area at the back of the restaurant, there were posters of Nagato City sightseeing, promotional videos of Nagato Yumoto hot spring, and a view of Nagato's sightseeing spots while enjoying your meal.

Five original dishes from the "Rurubu Kitchen x Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture" Special Fair menu are available at this standing drinking space.

Each dish is an original menu item that makes the most of the ingredients and is one to be savored with sake.

In the refrigerated area at the back of the restaurant, a variety of sake is lined up, as it is a sake shop.

Among them are Nagato's "Horebore (Junmai Ginjo)" and "Nijusseiki Pear Sparkling Wine," which we hope you will enjoy together.

In addition, a leaflet introducing Nagato City and its original menu is distributed at this featured fair.
