Tawarayama Onsen Hot Spring Resort is featured in the photo essay book "Traveling Cream Soda" (written by tsunekawa/ published by HarperCollins Japan), which will be on sale on February 16 (Wed).

This book is a compilation of the records of "Traveling Coffee Shop," a traveling coffee shop that attracts a large following, especially among young people, with its signature menu of original cream sodas and curry.

The "Traveling Café" "journeys" around Japan are described with photos and essays. Tawarayama Onsen town was featured in this issue as one of them.

The first "traveling coffee shop" in Tawarayama was held last spring. This was a collaboration with local people involved in the revitalization of the Tawarayama area, including Yu Iwata (Nagato City Regional Development Cooperation Team) and Yoshihiko Fujinaga (SD-WORLD Inc.), president of SD-WORLD. The theme of the event was "Tawarayama's Food.

Iwata and Fujinaga, who picked up the "Traveling Cream Soda," said, "We were able to see Tawarayama from a different angle than we usually see it. I hope this will lead to more people getting to know Tawarayama, and I hope the traveling coffee shop will come to Tawarayama again," they said.
