Tatsumiya no Siofuki (Tide of the Dragon Palace) is located at the end of Motonosumi Shrine in Aburaya, Nagato City, and we were able to see the squirting phenomenon on November 25.
The tidal wave phenomenon can be seen when northerly winds blow and the sea is rough, and the possibility of its occurrence increases from now through the winter season. When the conditions are favorable, it is said to be as high as 30 meters, resembling a dragon ascending to the sky. Although this phenomenon cannot always be seen, the sound of the waves crashing against the rock walls and the whitecaps rising from the sea are a spectacular sight to behold. It is worth seeing just to see the spectacular view of the Sea of Japan in winter up close. Nagato Sightseeing Navigation / Nanavi|The Tide of Ryugu: http://nanavi.jp/attractions/ryuugunoshiofuki
