Nagato Yumoto Onsen "Kamaboko-ita-kyu" in the local hot spring ping-pong tournament!
A unique "Gotochi Onsen Table Tennis Tournament" will be held at Kurokawa Onsen, using slippers and hot spring buckets instead of ordinary rackets!The "fish cake board" from Nagato Yumoto Onsen was newly added to that tournament as an official racket!
In Senzaki, Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, fish paste has long been made using the traditional method of "yaki-nuki," and is known as "Senzaki fish paste.
The "Kamaboko Ita-kyu" (fish cake board table tennis), using a board of the famous "Senzaki Kamaboko" fish cake, has been held locally, and finally joined the "Local Hot Springs Table Tennis Tournament"!
This time, the event will be held at Kurokawa Onsen, and we invite you to enter and enjoy playing table tennis with the mysterious official racket.
