The photos of fishermen who lived with whales, tools used in the old whaling method, drums used in whale songs, and other valuable materials remind us of the deep bond between whales and the museum.

Prices	Adults 200 yen (160 yen), Elementary, Junior high and High school students 100 yen (80 yen) *Percentages in parentheses are group rates for 20 or more people. Admission is waived (free) for those who fall under the following categories upon presentation of proof, etc. Nagato City residents: Please present a certificate of address. Disabled persons: Please present your Ryoiku Techo, Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, or War Injury Certificate. Those with a Ryoiku Techo, Physical Disability Certificate (Levels 1-4), or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate War Injuries Certificate (Special Section Syndrome to Level 4) will receive free admission for themselves and up to one accompanying person.
