Bask in the morning sun at Senza Kitchen, a roadside station.

On Monday, September 16, "Sea Yoga x Morning Activity," an event to enjoy yoga and breakfast, was held on the seaside deck of "Roadside Station Senza Kitchen" facing Senzaki Bay.

Instructors are Kanako (@ihayoga ) and Katsuya (@fitness_lab_thyme ), who also held yoga workshops during this summer's Naga Trip 2019, an experiential tourism program.

The lesson lasted about an hour.

Participants tried various poses while respecting the yoga breathing technique of inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose. The sky, which was gloomy at first, gradually turned blue, and the participants enjoyed a moment of healing while listening to the sound of the ocean.

After the lesson, we enjoyed breakfast at the Tuk Tuk Cafe, a favorite at Senza Kitchen and other events in the city. We enjoyed butter chicken curry and tapioca drinks while enjoying conversation on the deck.

Lessons begin at 6:30 a.m. and breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. when Senza Kitchen opens.

With smiles on their faces, participants said they felt refreshed after breathing in the clean morning air with their hearts full of fresh air.
