Autumn in Nagano begins!

Nagato City is full of events this fall as well.

Starting with the Akasaki Festival, there will be a variety of events to bring out the autumn of appetite and sports, including the Nagato Fish Festival, the Kamaboko Board Game, and the ONSEN Gastronomy Walking in Nagato and Tawarayama Onsen.

Please come and enjoy the autumn in Nagano.

14th (Sat) - 15th (Sun)		Akasaki Festival The festival is held at the Akasaki Shrine Raku-jiki, a nationally designated Important Tangible Folk Cultural Property Akasaki Shrine Grand Festival dedication ritual ceremony, which has been succeeded since the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
29th (Sun)		Nagato Fish Festival A variety of delicious Nagato fish! Fresh seafood will be sold at low prices!
29th (Sun)		Senzaki Kamaboko Board Table Tennis Tournament Table tennis tournament using kamaboko boards instead of rackets *Participant registration is closed.

October

6th (Sun)		Oomijima Market 2019 Inaugural event at Qinghai Island Camping Village Market for a full day of fun for kids and adults alike.
6th (Sun)		Nagato Halloween 2019 One of the largest Halloween parade in Yamaguchi Prefecture One-day fair booth at Senza Kitchen, Roadside Station
13th (Sat) - 14th (Sun)		The 25th National Rice Terrace Summit Two days to experience the charm of rice terraces through a fashion show of agricultural work clothes and case study presentations.
14th (Mon.)		Nagato Railway Festival Driving simulator experience, trying on uniforms, etc. A festival where you can enjoy "railroads" to the fullest!
19th (Sat)		Yang Kwei-Hee: Festival of Flames Power spot for good marriage Fire-walking ritual at Nison-in, where the legend of Yang Kwei-Hee remains.

November

9th (Sat)		ONSEN Gastronomy Walking in Nagato & Tawarayama Onsen *Registration has been closed due to reaching capacity.
23rd (Sat)		Nagato Blue Ocean Ride with Akiyoshidai Cobalt Blue Sea and Karst Plateau Cycling Event *Participants are now being accepted!
