[Menu Description] Pureed white okra is added to a white sauce made of miso and soy milk. This sauce is sprinkled generously over brown rice from Nagato City, and baked topped with Nagato hanakkori, grilled winter vegetables and chopped white okra. It is a deep doria with a gentle thickening. Includes aperitif vinegar, miso soup, salad, side dishes and beverage.
★ White okra: White okra is believed to have been brought back from overseas about 60 years ago. It is a traditional vegetable that is stickier than regular okra, has less acridity, and can be eaten raw. Its viscosity is about three times that of ordinary okra. The component pectin contained in okra is said to help digest meat and other foods, protect the mucous membranes of the digestive and respiratory organs, and prevent gastritis and colds.

[Menu Description] Kuromame-cha and Kohado Miso Muffin is a sweet and sour muffin kneaded with Kuromame-cha and OVE homemade miso, and finished with rice oil. The topping is also made with black bean tea and topped with Kohado miso granola.
The Yuzukichi Confiture and Cream Cheese Muffin offers the fresh aroma and sour taste of yuzu. The dough is kneaded with butter and cream cheese and topped with Yuzukichi confiture and granola.
Nagato Yuzukichi Confiture: There are two types of confiture: one made from fully ripe Nagato Yuzukichi and the other made from the greenish Nagato Yuzukichi harvested in the summer. Nagato Yuzukichi is a type of aromatic citrus, such as kabosu and sudachi, that is original to Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is characterized by its fresh aroma and mild acidity.

[Menu Description] Homemade milky ice cream with YAMA COFFEE’s New Age Blend (French Roast with bitterness and aroma). Serve cold ice cream with warm coffee and Hioki’s granola bar.
★YAMA COFFEE: COOFEE&ROASTER YAMA roasts mainly deep-roasted coffee in a corner of Tawarayama Hot Springs in Nagato City surrounded by mountains. The deep-roasted coffee has a full-bodied flavor with little acidity and is full of bitterness.
Hioki Granola: A safe and gentle granola made with rice flour produced in Hioki, Nagato City, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and enzyme syrup made with fermented foods such as amazake (sweet sake) and fruits.
Ingredients used in the limited-time menu and museum goods from the Yasuo Kagetsu Museum will be on sale.
During the fair, if you fill out a questionnaire, you will receive a limited-edition novelty for Nagato City. (First 100 visitors)
In addition to original mini towels, tenugui hand towels, bags, and notepads from the Yasuo Kagetsu Museum of Art, we also offer “Nagato Gomeiyu Onsen-no Moto” (Elements of Nagato Five Famous Hot Springs) to enjoy the feeling of a hot spring at home.
