Sports exchange program “Nagato Sports Commission” (held throughout the year at SWEET AS)

The "NAGATO SPORTS COMMISSION", a sports-centered exchange program held throughout the year at "SWEET AS", has been updated with information for March 2025. There will be no "Nagano Women's Rugby Class", "Circuit Training", and "English Conversation Class" this month.

The Nagato Sports Commission holds various sports classes and events throughout the year. Currently, there are four regular programs: "Nagato Women's Rugby Class," "Circuit Training," "Multisport," and "English Conversation Class. Why don't you enjoy sports and English together while exercising your body? We look forward to your participation.
