On December 5 (Sun), the Japan International Cooperation Agency for Regional Development and JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers will hold a collaborative project, "The Africa Fest". Come and experience world cultures through the unique rhythms and lifestyles of Africa, a country as rich in nature as Tawarayama.
