Today (Sunday, March 12, 2023), a free tasting of "Japanese Ikkakkori Pasta" and "Lemon Ikkakkori Pasta" was held at "Senza Kitchen," a roadside station, in cooperation with students from the volunteer club of Hioki School of Otsu Ryokuyo High School and a local restaurant (Kitchen & Cafe nonta). The free tasting event was held in collaboration with the students of the school building volunteer club and a local restaurant (Kitchen & Cafe nonta).
The Otsu Ryokuyo High School Hioki Campus Volunteer Club aims to revitalize the local community and contribute to the local community by developing menus using local agricultural and marine products. The club is involved in activities to promote squid, one of Nagato City's specialties.

The two types of pasta using hahakkori and squid were devised with Japanese and lemon flavors, respectively, and both were refreshing and easy to eat.
The event started at 10:00 a.m. and was offered free of charge to the first 200 people, and was so well attended that it was gone in about an hour! We hope you will support local student activities in the future.
