The " Traveling Photography Exhibition: Photographer Shiori Iwakura's NAGATO Photographic Journey " will open on October 15 (Fri.) with the " <FINAL> 'NAGATO BLUE' and the film journey in pursuit of light.

This exhibition is the last in a series of traveling photo exhibitions that have been held at five venues in the city since April of this year, and is a large-scale showcase of all the work to date.
The venue is " Yamaguchi Prefectural Theater, Renesa Nagato. In the large lobby at the front of the theater, visitors will be able to see a wide range of photographs of "Nagato" taken from the world view and perspective of photographer Shiori Iwakura.

Visitors will also receive a gorgeous gift. This is a unique opportunity to see photographer Shiori Iwakura's photographs up close, so please take this opportunity to visit the exhibition.

Photographer living in Kagawa Prefecture. His film photographs that capture the light of the changing seasons are receiving a favorable response. In March 2019, his first photo book "Sayonara wa Blue" (KADOKAWA) will be published.

I am very happy that so many people came to the event. Thank you very much. This was the last venue for the traveling photo exhibition. The blue color of Nagato City is really beautiful and the peaceful scenery of the city is very relaxing. We hope you will come and see it.
At the traveling photo exhibition, photographer Shiori Iwakura will offer novelty items featuring photographs taken during her "Nagato Photo Journey.
Please confirm where and how to pick up your tickets, as we do not pick them up at the venue.

<How to receive the novelty
The traveling photo exhibition <FINAL> will showcase all the works that have been traveling since this spring.
The exhibited works were taken by photographer Shiori Iwakura during her tour of Nagato City in February 2021 as part of a collaboration project between " NICO STOP," a photo lifestyle web magazine operated by Nikon Imaging Japan Inc. and the Nagato City photo project " YUKUTE PHOTO. The photos were taken by photographer Shiori Iwakura on a tour of Nagato City.

In the collaboration project, a NICO STOP article written and photographed by Shiori Iwakura, " The Beautiful Coastline of Nagato City, Yamaguchi, in Love with Photographer Shiori Iwakura - A Film Journey in Pursuit of 'Nagato Blue' and Light " is now available.
This is a "travel photo essay" in which Ms. Shiori Iwakura describes what she was attracted to and what she felt through her "Nagano Photo Journey". We hope you will take a look at it before coming to the exhibition.
