Nagato Yumoto Onsen “Otozuregawa Utaakari 2026

In winter, Nagato Yumoto Onsen will hold the "Otozuregawa Utaakari" lighting event on the theme of a poem by Nagato City-born children's song poet, Misuzu Kaneko, along the Otozuregawa River that runs through the hot spring resort.
Various events will be held in each area, including "Utaakari Gento Rondo," a fantastic light performance accompanied by the narration of the poem, and thousands of "light vessels" created by children and students in Nagato City.

There will also be many related events such as a special exhibition in collaboration with the Kaneko Misuzu Memorial Museum, a stamp rally, and talk events. The food stalls, bonfire and marshmallow corner, which were popular last year, are also scheduled to make an appearance.
