<FINAL>"Nagato Blue" and the film journey in pursuit of light

 From October 15 (Friday) to November 11 (Thursday), "Traveling Photography Exhibition: Photographer Shiori Iwakura's Photographic Journey in Nagato 'Nagato Blue' and Film Journey in Pursuit of Light" will be held at "Yamaguchi Prefectural Theater Renessa Nagato". This exhibition is the last in a series of traveling photo exhibitions that have been held at five venues in the city since April of this year, and is a large-scale showcase of all of Iwakura's work to date. Visitors will receive a "Marche Eco-Bag" made from one of Ms. Shiori Iwakura's photographs. Please take this opportunity to view photographed from the viewpoint of photographer Shiori Iwakura, whose beautiful seasonal landscapes and nostalgic world view attract many people.

Introduction.

 This photo exhibition is a collaboration project between ” NICOSTOP,” a photo lifestyle web magazine operated by Nikon Imaging Japan Inc. The exhibition features photographs taken by photographer Shiori Iwakura during her tour of Nagato City. During the exhibition period, a novelty gift made from Ms. Iwakura’s photographs will be given away as a present. Please take this opportunity to see “Nagato” photographed from Ms. Iwakura’s point of view.

 At the traveling photo exhibition, photographer Shiori Iwakura will offer novelty gifts featuring photos taken during her “Nagato Photo Journey. Please note that the contents of the gifts will differ at each venue.

Before you visit

The traveling photo exhibition will showcase all the works that have been traveling since this spring.

The exhibited works were taken by photographer Shiori Iwakura during her tour of Nagato City in February 2021 as part of a collaboration project between ” NICO STOP,” a photo lifestyle web magazine operated by Nikon Imaging Japan Inc. and the Nagato City photo project ” YUKUTE PHOTO. The photos were taken by photographer Shiori Iwakura on a tour of Nagato City.
