Let's find the best Nagato by bicycle! The 2nd Nagato Photo Cycling will be held on July 16, 2018 (Monday), the day of the sea!

This is a photo cycling event starting from "Senza Kitchen" on July 16, 2018 (Monday, National Holiday, Sea Day) and going around Nagato City by bicycle, taking and submitting photos of the scenery of Nagato City that can be found only by bicycle.

    Bicycle rental: Bicycles are available at the start point for those who wish to rent them (for a fee). Please fill out the necessary information in the “Bicycle Rental” box on the application form. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request in some cases.
    When driving, the following traffic rules must be observed in particular: ● Driving rules:
    1.
     Ensure to stop at stop signs and red lights.
     Do not ride single file on the left side of the road, and do not ride side by side.
     Observe good manners by yielding the right of way to pedestrians and bicyclists in general.
    2. do not drive in a dangerous manner that may cause traffic accidents.
    3. basic hand signals (left turn, right turn, stop).
    4. when overtaking, sign and call out to those around you.
    5. When traveling on public roads, unless otherwise instructed, drivers shall, in principle, travel on the left side of the roadway.
    When stopping on the course, be sure to pull over to the shoulder of the road and stop well away from other bicycles.
    No vehicles are allowed to accompany participants to cheer them on.
    ● Handling of accidents:
    1. In the event of an accident involving a public vehicle or pedestrian, please be sure to contact the police.
    2. Do not hesitate to ask for help at the scene of an accident.
    3. notify the event headquarters as soon as possible after taking appropriate life-saving and first-aid measures.
    4. Please be sure to carry your health insurance card with you, as first aid treatment will be provided for any accidents resulting from the event, but medical and other expenses at hospitals and other facilities will be borne by the participants.
    5. In some cases, accident proof from the police department is required to file an accident insurance claim, regardless of whether the insurance is purchased for this event or for personal use.
    6. Traffic accident certificates must be reported to the police. The event management cannot be held responsible in the event that an insurance claim cannot be filed due to a lack of communication between the parties involved or other reasons. Please be aware of this.
    Retire: Retire from the race without returning to the finish line for any reason.
    Retirees: If for some reason you do not return to the finish line and decide to retire, please contact the event headquarters at 0837-26-0708.

    In principle, the event will be held rain or shine, but in the event that inclement weather prevents the event from being held as scheduled, the organizer reserves the right to change the event content or cancel the event at its discretion.
    When traveling to the venue from your home, lodging, parking lot, etc., please obey all traffic rules and take precautions to avoid traffic accidents.
    Photos submitted on the day of the event, as well as photos and videos taken by the event management, will be used for publicity purposes. Please understand this in advance.
    4. please keep your valuables at your own risk. The organizer will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
    Penalties: If you do not abide by the above event rules and regulations and do not improve after receiving a warning from the staff, you may be asked to withdraw from the event.
