Trip experience to Nagato by "Rurubu Kitchen"!

 Rurubu Kitchen in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, will hold the "Rurubu Kitchen x Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture" special fair from January 4 (Tuesday) to January 31 (Monday) [*extended until February 11 (Friday, holiday)]. During the period, a total of five special fair menu items will be offered, including "Choshu Black Kashiwa Khao Mangai" and "Wild Boar Meat Stewed Rice Burger" using rich and healthy ingredients from Nagato. The restaurant will also promote Nagato City and sell goods. The interior and menu will make you want to travel to Nagato, so please take this opportunity to visit the restaurant.

Khao Mangai with Choshu Black Kashiwa

Price】1,200 yen including tax
[Menu Description] Choshu black Kashiwa thighs steamed in a ceilo with garlic. The refreshing yuzu kichi nam pla sauce is a perfect match.
Choshu Kurokashiwa: The highest quality brand of local chicken produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture, based on the Kurokashiwa chicken, a natural treasure. It is characterized by being juicy and odorless while retaining its chewy texture!

Rice burger with spicy wild boar meat

Price] 900 yen including tax
[Menu Description] Wild boar loin meat stir-fried and braised with soy sauce and chili peppers. It can be served between crispy grilled rice or as an a la carte dish.
Wild boar meat: Nagato City is engaged in a gibier project to give thanks for the lives of harmful birds and animals that have been exterminated. Wild boar is transformed into processed meat and leather products.

Vinegared octopus with Nagato Yuzukichi

[Price] 450 yen including tax
[Menu Description] Vinegared boiled octopus and wakame seaweed with the juice of Nagato Yuzukichi. The refreshing citrus flavor is irresistible.
Nagato Yuzukichi: An original aromatic citrus fruit of Yamaguchi Prefecture, Nagato City is known as the largest producer in the prefecture. The juice goes great with soy sauce!

Senzaki squid menma

Price】600 yen including tax
[Menu Description] Senzaki squid is seasoned with gochujang (red pepper paste) and soy sauce, then seared. You can enjoy its soft texture and flavorful bamboo shoots.
Senzaki Squid: Grown in the fierce currents of the coastal watersheds of Nagato City, Senzaki squid is in season from October to December and is called “Senzaki squid” (meaning “the Senzaki squid” in Japanese).

Hot sake, served with squid lizardfish

Price】700 yen including tax
[Menu Description] Local sake “Horebore” is served hot with dried squid lizardfish overnight. Enjoy the aroma of the dried squid and the slightly dry taste of the sake.
Horebore: Junmai Ginjo made from “Isehikari” sake rice grown in the Tawarayama area of Nagato City. Fruity and easy to drink, this sake is only available at Tawarayama Onsen!

20th Century Pear Sparkling Wine

Price] 3,500 yen (bottle) including tax
[Features] 100% Nijusseiki pears grown on our own farm. It has a refreshing taste.

Horebore (Junmai Ginjo)

Price] 600 yen (glass) including tax
[Characteristics] A slightly dry, full-bodied drink made with a squeeze of nature from Tawarayama.
