First Nagato Tourism Concierge Training Course

The Nagato City Tourism & Convention Association offers a training course for "Nagato Tourism Concierges" who have acquired "hospitality" skills like concierges at hotels and department stores who serve customers flexibly according to their requests.

The course program consists of two courses: the "Basic Course," in which participants learn about Nagato City's tourism resources and culture and take a certification test, followed by the "Hospitality Course," in which participants polish their practical skills and hospitality skills. Participants will first take the "Basic Course," which focuses on on-site training, and after passing the certification examination, they will move on to the "Hospitality Course. The first phase of the program is planned from June 2019 to January 2020, for a total of 9 days. Participants learn about Nagato and hone their hospitality skills that they can apply at their respective stores and offices.
